Hi, I'm Shira Pressburger. I am a Certified Special Education Teacher as well as a Licensed Behavior Analyst. When I started my teaching career I taught almost every grade from pre-K through 6th grade. I spent countless hours trying to research methods and tools for classroom management as I found that without this, no teaching can occur! I was confused by all the different methods I found and constantly tried new tricks and techniques. Now that I am a Licensed Behavior Analyst, I apply my training as a behavior analyst to classroom teaching to create evidenced based classroom management solutions. I train hundreds of teachers in both regular education and special education settings to apply simply and effective, evidenced based practices to improve their classroom management.
